Logit-t – A C/C++ program written by Dr. William Lemon for data transformation and analysis for oligonucleotide microarray gene expression data. The companying paper “A high performance test of differential gene expression for oligonucleotide arrays” was published in Genome Biology, 4 (10): R67. You may download the program and user manual here.
